April 30 the “World Jazz Day”

Boraq Hamim Art news Website– For the first time in 2012, UNESCO announced April 30 as “World Jazz Day” to commemorate the most important cultural and cultural roots of the discipline.

Jazz is a style of music composed by black Americans in the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. With the spread of “jazz” around the world, this music influences the musical cultures of different nations, regions and places, as well as enhances many other characteristic styles.

“Jazz” has become a subculture. Artists in this field have customs and traditions that are perhaps less seen than popular music such as pop, rock, classic etc.  In “Jazz Culture”, human qualities such as acceptance, mutual respect, team spirit and non-bias on personal opinions are very prominent. Features that go beyond music or cultural geography and of course it is tangible and respectable to people all over the world.

The question of the originality of the word “jazz” has been resolved by observable research and its history is well documented. According to Jasmine, body (English: jasm) means “spirit, energy” which was used in 1860. The word was first recorded in 1912 in an article in which a baseball player described a jazz ball: “Because it stumbles and you can not easily do anything with it.”

The goal of World Jazz Day is to bring different communities and ethnicities closer together, to coexist with mutual respect and to build constructive discourse despite accepting differences.
