According to Boraq Hamim Art News Agency, following the devastating explosion at Shahid Rajaei Port in Bandar Abbas, which resulted in numerous casualties, Iranian regional musicians dedicated their performances on the second day of the 17th National Regional Music Event to the victims and their grieving families.
The artists performed traditional laments and mourning songs (*Mouyeh* and *Ghamnameh*) from various regions of Iran, reinforcing national unity and empathy. Organized within the framework of Iranian-Islamic artistic traditions, the event highlighted the resilience of Iran’s cultural identity even in times of crisis.
The event’s organizing committee released a separate message, wishing eternal peace for the deceased and patience and health for the survivors. This artistic gesture underscored the role of authentic Iranian music in fostering solidarity and hope in society.
