Seyed Mohammadreza Khordamandan, a writer and director of cinema and television, simultaneously with the release of Mohsen Chavoshi’s new music piece, “Treatment,” published a note describing this work.
According to the arts news website Boraq Hamim, citing ISNA, the text of this note is as follows:
“People, God is watching over us!
Dear Mr. Mohsen Chavoshi!
Thank you for your timely ‘Treatment’! Because for many, like me, who have been spiraling in pain and anger like a wounded snake for a week, and unable to breathe, your work has truly been life-saving. Your ‘Treatment’ was born and emerged from the outcry of millions of angry Iranians. And isn’t the national poet Bahar saying: Whoever does not have love for their homeland in their heart, is an infidel?
Mr. Chavoshi, what have you done that has taken such a place in people’s hearts and made you beloved?
What has caused your voice, with the wound in your throat, to tell the pain of your people?
In these days filled with anger, sadness, and suffering, your ‘Treatment’ served as a soothing balm on our fresh wounds and was the voice trapped in the throat of a nation. And what other than this has made you so ‘different’…
May God protect you.

Mohsen Chavoshi has released ‘Treatment’
People, the cure is in the homeland
The world is not only lips and mouth
This war is hand-to-hand combat
Free people, think about raising enslaved nations
Their limitless oppression,
Their dark and evil thoughts,
Continuous sirens,
Leaks in the dome,
These nocturnal rats,
Oh cats, hunt them
Poetry by dear Kazem Bahmani.”
