This festival, which annually brings together theater artists from across Iran and the world, will showcase a diverse range of performances by both domestic and international theater groups.

The   Fajr Theater Festival  , recognized as one of the oldest and most prestigious theater events in the Middle East, provides a unique platform for theater artists to present their works to audiences and international juries. Over its four decades of existence, the festival has played a crucial role in the growth and development of theater art in Iran, serving as a bridge connecting Iranian artists with the global theater community.

This year, the  43rd edition of the Fajr Theater Festival   will host over   100 theater groups   from Iran and various countries worldwide. These groups will compete in different categories, including   stage theater  ,   street theater  ,   experimental theater  , and   puppet shows  .
